Tigh Faire is a three bedroomed cottage, sleeping up to 6, in the village of Tobermory.  The position of the house is at the top end of the town on the road out to the golf course and police station. The house is all on one level, the windows seen in the images are in an attic used only for storage.

Facilities

• The standard of accommodation is equivalent to 3 star Visitscotland standard

• The lounge is South west facing and looks out across the bay at the front of the house, with a wonderful view across the Bay

• It includes Satellite TV, DVD player and Wi Fi (from beginning of May 2012)

• It sleeps up to 6 persons, with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin-bedrooms (one en-suite)

• The kitchen has all the usual appliances, and includes washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave

• The main bathroom has a bath and electric shower

• Access to the decking is from the lounge and overlooks the town and Tobermory and Bay

• Heating is all electric, and has an air source heat pump for eco efficient heating

• The cost of the house is inclusive of electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels

• A cot and highchair can be provided at no extra charge, please advise when booking

• Off road parking is available for up to three cars and is next to the cottage

• In line with Scottish policy, the house is non smoking

• Well behaved dogs are welcome, so long as they are not left unattended in the property -   Please advise when booking

• Available from Saturday to Saturday, plus occasional short breaks, particularly out of the main season.  See chart below

Prices for 2012

Minimum 3 nights from £70 Per night   Christmas and New Year excepted

The cottage is available for a full week from Saturday to Saturday from 22nd March to 13th October 2012
