Sealladh
Carrachan is a modern, well equipped bungalow, suitable for self
catering accommodation and is situated just outside Tobermory on the Dervaig
road. It has the advantage of being close to the town and shops (just
over a mile) and yet because of its position, it gives a real feeling of
being in the midst of the Scottish countryside. It has had an extension
built on the side for the owners' accommodation.
The house stands in three acres of land and has much
visiting wildlife as well as the resident ducks and cats.

The house has an elevated, South East
facing position, which gives it superb views from the North East to North
West. It is very well
insulated and is "triple" glazed, and with a central heating system, making it therefore, very comfortable
for any time of the year. Parking is to the rear of the cottage, with access via
a garden path and decking directly to the kitchen door.Facilities:
- Sleeps up to 5 persons, with a double
bedroom, a twin-bedroom and a single room
- Full central and water heating from wood chip
boiler
- Spacious and well-equipped kitchen
with a large family sized table,
capable of seating five persons comfortably
- Ceramic hob electric cooker, with 4 rings and an
oven/grill
- Fridge/freezer and microwave
- Washing machine and tumble dryer in the
kitchen
- Bathroom with bath and separate shower
- Spacious lounge with Sky T.V. (Full
Package) Video, DVD player
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included
in the price
- Central heating and power will be provided at
no extra cost
- Wireless Broadband access
- A cot and highchair can be provided at no
extra charge, please advise when booking
- Available from Saturday to Saturday, plus
occasional short breaks, see chart below
In line with Scottish policy, the lodge is non smoking.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, so long as they are not left
unattended in the property. Please advise us at time of
booking.
We should advise you that this
property has its own private water supply.
