Beadoun Cottage is a new detached two-storey cottage situated in an elevated position off the main road into the central part of Tobermory.  The house is only a short walk onto the main street, known for its coloured houses and scenic waterfront.

The cottage has been designed to a high specification, and to meet the quality assurance requirements of the Tourist Board Four Star Rating.

Facilities

  • Sleeps up to 6 persons, with 1 double bedroom downstairs and 2 twin-bedroom upstairs
  • 1 shower/bathroom downstairs and 1 shower room upstairs (neither are en-suite)
  • Heating is provided by electrical ‘Total Control’, and hot water, by a pressurised, fully automatic system. It is set to a timer, controlled by Scottish Hydro- Electric
  • The kitchen is open-plan with the lounge allowing easy access to the dining area
  • It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob and fan oven, coffee machine and all usual appliances
  • Dining area has large table and 6 chairs
  • The living room has a combination entertainment unit, C.D. and tape deck, also full package on Sky T.V. with DVD, and Video. 
  • Wireless Broadband access
  • The tumble dryer, freezer and washing machine are in a separate utility room
  • The kitchen has sliding doors leading to the patio, which is paved and has built in seating
  • A brick built barbeque with grills is on the patio
  • Off road parking is available for up to three cars and is next to the cottage
  • Linen and towels are provided and if the stay is for an extended period, a change of bed linen and towels is available
  • Electricity costs are included in the weekly rate
  • Non smoking
  • A cot and highchair are available in the cottage for your use
  • The house is fully double glazed and insulated to a very high level.  No matter what the season, or the outside temperature, the house will be cosy and warm
  • Available from Friday to Friday, plus occasional short breaks, see chart below

Essentially, the cottage is close to all amenities, equipped to a high standard and set up so that all you have to do after possibly a long journey is to walk in and relax.

Because of the standard of the house we are non-smoking and regrettably we don’t take pets. 

Booking is from Friday to Friday, to avoid visitors having to pay premium rates on the ferry.

Friday 30th March to Friday 18th May 2012 £495 per week
Friday 18th May to Friday 7th September 2012 £550 per week
Friday 7th September to Friday 26th October 2012 £495 per week
Friday 26th October to 29th March 2013 except Christmas/New Year £395 per week
Christmas/New Year 2012 £550 per week

SPECIAL BREAKS 2012

Monday 30th April to Friday 4th May 2012 4 nights £300
Monday 15th October to Friday 19th October 2012 4 nights £300
