Tobermory is situated on the north west tip of the Isle of Mull in Scotland.  Accommodation Tobermory self catering holiday cottages is a family run small business with two properties 1 mile from Tobermory.  Below are our two properties, with a brief description.  Click on each link to bring up more detailed information and availability for each property.

Garden Cottage

house-may-07Garden Cottage is a four star graded property close to Tobermory, yet has a feeling of being out in the countryside situated on our 'smallholding'.  The house sleeps up to 8 and has three bathrooms and four bedrooms.

The house is equipped to a high standard, including Wi Fi  and set up so that all you have to do after possibly a long journey is to walk in and relax. The house is next to a small woodland and has many habitats around so is ideal for the enthusiastic bird watcher.  Close to the Mishnish Lochs.

Garden Lodge


The Lodge is located on our smallholding at Sealladh Carrachan, one mile outside Tobermory and has views from the balcony end, over the 'Sound of Mull' to the Morvern hills beyond.  It has been graded 3 Star by Quality Assurance Visit Scotland.

The Lodge faces SE to NW and so has the full morning sun on the balcony, which has patio table and chairs. The lodge has its own private enclosed garden and ample parking at the front. A ramp has been provide for those with walking difficulties.  Wi fi.

Tim and I have been doing some well overdue pruning, to trees that really should have been cut back a couple of years ago. Revealed is a magnificent view over to Ben Hient and Ben Resipol. Introducing..... our eaglet!!! This is Iona and Fingal's youngster that we're privileged to watch throughout the season, 6 weeks old today. This was taken yesterday when the ringers were up on the nest. You can see how enormous the bird is already and those feet and that huge beak are the fastest in development. The all important primary feathers aren't grown yet and we still have about another 6 weeks to go before this eaglet is ready to leave the nest. Thanks to Rachel Moore for the images :)
